Operations CRM for High-Touch Retail
Manage customers, visits, sales, schemes, RSOs, and follow-ups in one clean, powerful system — built for the realities of jewellery retail, from a single store to a multi-city franchise.
The problem
Walk-ins, follow-ups, scheme collections, RSO performance — most of it still lives in notebooks, spreadsheets, paper registers, and someone's personal WhatsApp. When a person forgets, or leaves, the knowledge goes with them.
One system of record
{{ m.d }}
We don't touch your inventory or billing — on purpose. That's your system of record and your compliance responsibility. Luminar Flow handles everything around it — unless you want us to handle that.
Reporting
Reports are generated per actor — the RSO chasing today's list, the store manager reading the week, the owner watching the network. Most are simple stat summaries, counted straight from the floor. A few go deeper: derivative analytics computed across visits, schemes, and categories.
Built for the floor
Luminar Flow speaks the language of the floor: visits and walk-ins, gold schemes and installments, RSO follow-ups, price bands, and collections. Reports arrive where your team already works.
Field-tested, not spec-tested
Luminar Flow's workflows, terminology, and reporting were shaped through an extended pilot on a real retail floor — mapped to how walk-ins are logged, how RSOs chase installments, and what owners actually need to see on a Sunday morning.
Security & continuity
Enterprise-grade discipline under a simple surface — secure by architecture, accountable to the minute, and painless to onboard.
Your business runs on its own isolated instance. Your data never shares a server, a database, or a backup with anyone else's.
Each visit, edit, payment, and reallocation is stamped with who did it and when. Accountability is built into the record itself.
A full audit trail of activity across every store and every user — nothing happens off the books.
Records are validated and sanitised on entry, and your existing books import cleanly — without disrupting a single day on the floor.
The other problem we solve
RSO churn is a fact of retail. Luminar Flow makes it a non-event — relationships, follow-ups, and responsibilities belong to the system, not to someone's personal phone.
Will be adding Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 figures to this pool soon.
A scheme customer misses an installment in the third week of the month. In the old world, this surfaces months later — in an audit, or when the scheme matures short. In Luminar Flow, she appears on the store's collections list the next morning, assigned to the RSO who knows her, with her full history one tap away.
The follow-up happens while it's still a conversation, not a recovery. That's the whole idea: the system notices, so people can act.
A customer's wedding anniversary sits in her profile from her first visit. Eleven months later, the RSO gets a follow-up prompt a week ahead — enough time for a call that feels personal, not automated.
The weekly report lands on WhatsApp at ten. Every store, one summary. The owner reads it over breakfast — and for the first time in years, doesn't make a single evening phone call to ask how the week went.
Scenarios illustrate product workflows — they are not claims about specific pilot outcomes.
For franchise owners
You built a franchise, not a single shop. Luminar Flow puts every store on one system — so you don't have to be there to know.
Tell us about your stores and we'll walk you through Luminar Flow on a floor like yours.
A pitch built for franchise owners — not managers, not RSOs. You.
You built a franchise, not a single shop. But most of what happens on your floors — the walk-ins, the follow-ups, the scheme collections, the RSO who did or didn't call back — still lives in notebooks, spreadsheets, and someone's personal WhatsApp. Luminar Flow puts every store in your network on one system, so you don't have to be there to know.
The reality of running multiple stores
You didn't sign up to chase fifteen store managers for updates every evening, or to find out three months later that an RSO stopped following up with a Priority customer, or that a scheme installment has been overdue since spring.
That gap — between what's actually happening on the floor and what you can see from outside it — is the single biggest operational risk in franchise retail. It isn't a staffing problem or a product problem. It's a visibility problem.
Luminar Flow exists to close that gap.

You don't have to visit every store to know how it's doing
Automated reports — rolled up across every store — arrive the way you already communicate, without a single phone call.
See how Luminar Flow gives franchise owners one clear view across every location — without another evening spent on the phone with store managers.
Pricing & Promise
We're still measuring what Luminar Flow truly costs to run — the operational cost, the infrastructure cost, and the business implications — across two live pilot stores. When the pilots complete a full year, we'll publish the figures.
Figures & public rollout
One full year of pilot data. Pricing published from evidence, not ambition.
Promise & Reality
Luminar Flow keeps evolving. Over the past year, we've aggregated feedback directly from the retail floor — shaping the platform around what actually works in day-to-day operations, not assumptions made from outside it.
Next quarter opens a continuous feedback and refinement loop, built to keep pace with real operational demand, alongside a set of features already in the pipeline for the year ahead.
We're also building out the support structure — addressing edge cases that require human intervention, both on the client side in operations and on our side in support and onboarding.
A deliberate choice
We're often asked whether Luminar Flow handles inventory or billing too. It doesn't, and that's a deliberate choice, not a gap on our roadmap.
In a franchise model, your billing and inventory systems are usually mandated or tightly governed by the parent brand, carry real compliance weight (GST e-invoicing, hallmarking, unit-level stock records), and hold your books. That's not something we ask to touch. Luminar Flow doesn't request access to your inventory or billing systems, doesn't ask you to migrate off them, and doesn't hold compliance liability that isn't ours to hold.
Individually onboarding every piece as unit-level inventory — each with its own weight, purity, and turnover — is a heavy lift for stock that's often replaced within days. We didn't think that effort belonged inside an operations and customer relationship platform, so we left it out.
What this means for you
Adopting Luminar Flow doesn't mean ripping out your existing billing or inventory setup, and it doesn't mean handing a vendor visibility into your books. It runs alongside what you already use, focused entirely on the side of the business — customers, visits, RSOs, schemes, reporting — that too often has no system at all.
About us
YAC builds operations software for high-touch retail, starting with jewellery. Our flagship product, Luminar Flow, wasn't designed in isolation — it was shaped through hands-on partnership with a leading jewellery retailer, refining every workflow against the reality of a working retail floor rather than assumptions about one. We build for operators who need clarity, not complexity — bringing structure to customer relationships, sales operations, and reporting for single stores and multi-city franchises alike.
Yet Another Company (YAC) is a creative and technology studio that bridges design, strategy, and engineering. Founded by Jaideep Khedekar and Aniket Hake, YAC helps brands and products move from idea to impact — through thoughtful design, smart systems, and agile development.
